Emergency Maintenance

Whilst we hope your tenancy will be trouble free, situations may arise that require urgent attention. Emergency items are generally those that could cause injury to the tenant or damage to the property. This may include:


Broken or burst water pipes | Blocked or broken toilet | Serious roof or gas leak | Dangerous electrical fault | Flooding or rainwater inundation | Breakdown of cooking facilities (oven and/or cooktop) | Failure or breakdown of water or electricity to the premises | Hot water service failure


Emergency maintenance must be reported immediately. All emergencies must be phoned through to the office as soon as possible. If you have endeavored to contact our office unsuccessfully for the required approval, the below are our recommended tradespeople:

REMEMBER: If you do not log your emergency maintenance, you may be liable for the tradesperson cost.
