After 7 years in administration and function co-ordination, Karen felt Property Management could be just the career change she was seeking. 

Karen truly enjoys working with people and finds in Property Management she is quite often dealing with clients raw emotions; after all she is dealing with their homes and financial security. She enjoys the way her role pushes her boundaries, bringing new challenges, lessons to learn and interesting people to meet, every day.

After 8 years with the Elite team, Karen strongly believes her longevity is thanks to the team she works with. In her own words ‘We are working in a high stress, very busy environment. If we don’t support each other and provide assistance wherever it is needed, it opens the potential for mistakes to happen, which nobody wants.
