Prior to her change of career in 2000, Heather worked in Tourism and Front Office, which developed her strong customer service skills.

But after years in Front Office, she found the pace wasn't fast enough for her and realised it was time for a change. Discovering a Property Management career was the perfect match for Heather, as she excels when the pressure is on!  She finds motivation in being busy and loves that there is never a dull moment in Property Management.

By the time she joined ELITE she had amassed over 11 years experience, specifically in Cairns Property Management.  She considers ELITE to be the nice guys of the industry - the team that remains honest and approachable.

Although Heather efficiently manages a large portfolio, her basic work ethic remains the same.  She believes the focus of her position is to provide excellent customer service.
