Elite Property Management

Dianne Heinemann

Human Resources, Financial Controller, Property Management

With her huge wealth of experience (Dianne has worked in the Real Estate industry since 1978), she is our most experienced team member and has proven herself to be an incredible asset to our business.

Diannes level head, calm demeanor and superior organisational skills are just a few of the reasons she is always able to get the job done efficiently. She is our resident ‘super-woman’ with her duties covering an enormous variety of responsibilities including Financial Controller, human resources and staff recruitment, mediation, trust account monitoring, uniforms, rosters and equipment maintenance, to name just a few!

With such a huge workload, it would be very easy to lose focus and enthusiasm, but Dianne genuinely likes her job, finding challenges that arise daily that provide many opportunities to learn new things. On an off day, she can rely on the the team around her to help out, and at the end of the day you’ll find her revitalising her energy in the company of good friends over a good bottle of wine.

Karen Johnstone

Senior Property Manager

After 7 years in administration and function co-ordination, Karen felt Property Management could be just the career change she was seeking.

Karen truly enjoys working with people and finds in Property Management she is quite often dealing with clients raw emotions; after all she is dealing with their homes and financial security. She enjoys the way her role pushes her boundaries, bringing new challenges, lessons to learn and interesting people to meet, every day.

After 8 years with the Elite team, Karen strongly believes her longevity is thanks to the team she works with. In her own words ‘We are working in a high stress, very busy environment. If we don’t support each other and provide assistance wherever it is needed, it opens the potential for mistakes to happen, which nobody wants. You’ve got to know that your team working towards the one common goal, to ensure our clients are receiving the premium care that we promise them’.

Karen believes her popularity with our clients is due to her simple philosophy; treat people as you like to be treated and manage their property as if it was your own.

Shannon Rae

Senior Property Manager

After 3 years working in Residential Sales, Shannon was seeking a role that enabled to her to maintain a closer, more ongoing professional relationship with her clients.

When a colleague suggested she try her hand at Property Management, she quickly realised it was a perfect match to her personality and jumped right in.

Some might say Property Management is a little bit like juggling, you are constantly focusing on the ‘balls’, trying to make sure you catch each one before it’s thrown back into the air! However, Shannon believes that for any Property Manager to succeed it simply comes down to good time management, organisation and the ability to multi-task. With a previous career in hospitality, these are 3 skill areas she knows a thing or two about! A strong believer in being both efficient and effective with her time, she ensures her duties are carefully prioritised each day, whilst making allowances for ‘troubleshooting’ the every-day hurdles that inevitably appear each day in Property Management.

After hearing some of the ELITE Team discussing how much they enjoyed working here, she decided that ELITE was where she wanted to be. Shannon’s focus for the Property Management team is strengthening her portfolio in the Northern Beaches area. In order to do this successfully, she ensures both her industry and market knowledge is unmatched and she endeavours to think ‘outside the square’ to maintain her edge.

Annie Lyngcoln

Business Development

When she accepted a position within the ELITE Team Annie found a whole more than a job – she found a lifelong career and has made many friends along the way.

Selling or renting Real Estate really can bring out a range of emotions in people and Annie takes a personalised approach to ease her clients’ minds. In Annie's own words, ‘we are dealing with peoples homes and often know their plans, fears and dreams. This is a privilege that we should never abuse and I believe this core principle is what sets the Elite team apart’.

In her current role as Business Development Officer, Annies focus is to develop business opportunities whenever she can, whether it’s for the Sales or Property Management Department. As part of this role, she endeavours to introduce the unique service and customer care the Elite team offers to anyone seeking that little bit of extra care in their Real Estate requirements. She challenges people to try our services and backs it up with our solid track record of long term landlords and clients who keep coming back. Firmly believing the Elite team offers the best service, she finds it easy to promote this to clients and customers.

By no means is Annie one to sit down and relax in her spare time. Annie has an enormous range of hobbies including ceramics, sculpture and painting, helps her 3 sons with marketing their own business ventures and tries hard to never miss one of their Rugby Union games.

After 16 years in Real Estate, Annie still manages to remain enthusiastic in her career and when asked how, she easily answers ‘I simply like people’. With an attitude like that, how could she not succeed?
